Sales Director/Sales Manager
Job Description:
1. Customer development and maintenance: Actively develop new customers while maintaining existing customer relationships to ensure long-term cooperation with customers2. Customer demand analysis: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, provide personalized solutions, and meet their customized requirements
3. Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, including pre-sales consultation, in sales follow-up, and after-sales support, to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Market trend analysis: Analyze market trends, predict market trends, and provide recommendations for the company's product development and sales strategies
5. Sales activity planning and execution: Based on the marketing plan, plan and execute various sales activities, such as product launches, exhibitions, seminars, etc
6. Business negotiation and contract signing: Conduct business negotiations with clients, reach cooperation intentions, and sign sales contracts
7. Order processing and follow-up: Process customer orders, ensure timely delivery of orders, and follow up on any issues during order execution
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in thermal energy and power engineering, physics, chemistry, optics or other related engineering majors, with at least 3 years of relevant sales work experience2. Possess relevant sales experience, familiar with sales processes, able to conduct customer visits, product presentations, participate in exhibitions, product bidding and other sales activities with ease
3. Possess market analysis ability, able to understand market demand and competitive situation, and formulate effective sales strategies
4. Have good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, as well as the ability to understand and analyze problems logically
5. Strong learning ability and proactive attitude towards work
6. Good teamwork awareness and ability, with the ability to complete work on time under pressure
